How the 300 km/day works: it pools. A 10-day booking gives you 3,000 km to use however you like — sprint 500 km one day, stay parked by a lake the next.

No. Your quote lists the daily rate, GST, and your aggregated km allowance. On the road, the only variables are fuel (paid at the pump) and extra kilometres at ₹50/km if you exceed the pooled allowance — both fully in your control.
No. The driver and helper are included in ₹19,900/day, and they arrange their own accommodation. You'll never see a crew line-item on your bill.
